Using Appreciative Inquiry to facilitate major change initiatives will lead to a more energized, vision oriented, mission engaged volunteer network. These webinars will introduce pastors and pastors and religious leaders, seminary professors and seminarians to the “5-D” model, the theological and organizational underpinnings of Appreciative Inquiry, how to use the Appreciative Inquiry model in the organization to create and sustain engagement in the change process using Appreciative Inquiry with a variety of challenging situations in the congregation and beyond (e.g. conflict mediation, strategic planning, developing a vision and mission). This training will show pastors how to adopt an appreciative mindset and methodology to leverage their role as a catalyst for change.
